A friend of mine asked me recently whether a man can tell when they meet the woman who could be their wife. My response was swift and categorical. No. I suggested that one needed time to learn the woman and if any man claimed to tell a wife at sight, they only wanted to get laid. But I may not have had the opportunity to consider the question and to refine the response. I have since given it just thought and come up with conclusions that I am afraid will not be palatable to many a dear reader. Humans – no - animals have an innate ability to identify their potential mate. It’s a simple-complex process governed by a good hormone called a pheromone. The critical role of copulation has always been propagation of the species. Given that, the process of selection has always served the Darwinian end of self preservation. Survival for the fittest. Anything else is hoopla! Love and marriage were a big mistake instigated by a group of women keen to detract the course of nature. Before you either damn me for my audacity or laud my nerve, let me share my argument.

Suicide for the Tiger in the Woods
Behind the success of Tiger Woods were over 10 beautiful women, and today, one woman will be responsible for the black spot in his career. His wife, Elin Nordegren. Yeah, I said it. Woods would rather have lost the wife that quit the sport. But in my usual Tin Man candor, I will provide hard fact to back the position. In his philandery, Woods committed no criminal offense. His action could only be categorized as a moral misdemeanor undeserving of the public crucifixion that the sports legend has faced. The ultimatum he was given was both unfair and anesthetized.

Free Sex for Climate Change: The Copenhagen Report
Delegates at the Climate Change conference in Copenhagen will be treated to free sex over the duration of the talks. Sex workers in the city have offered sex absolutely free to any delegate who produces their conference badge and a postcard circulated by the Copenhagen Mayor, Ritt Bjerregaard. The mayor had sent the eco-friendly post cards to the City hotels with the message, “Be Sustainable: Don’t buy sex.” While the intention had been either to discourage the trade or to pretend that it is not as vibrant as it is, the result has been the exact opposite.
